Phnom Penh, June 2026 — Diamond Bay Garden, OCIC’s flagship waterfront residential development, has entered into a landmark partnership with AirAsia Cambodia to promote Cambodia as a destination for tourism, investment, and modern urban living.
The agreement was formalized by Thierry Tea, Vice President of OCIC; Nam Vissoth, CEO of AirAsia Cambodia; and Minea Kim, CEO of the Cambodia Tourism Board, together with industry partners.
The collaboration brings together organizations from the tourism, mobility, telecommunications, and lifestyle sectors, including the Cambodia Tourism Board, Smart Axiata, Vespa, and other partners, in support of coordinated efforts to raise awareness of Cambodia’s evolving potential.

As part of the campaign, AirAsia Cambodia passengers will have the opportunity to win exclusive rewards from participating partners, including the grand prize of a studio unit at Diamond Bay Garden — offering one lucky winner the chance to own a home in one of Phnom Penh’s notable riverfront developments.
“AirAsia Cambodia is focused on connecting people and destinations, and this collaboration highlights Cambodia’s growing opportunities and regional connectivity,” said Nam Vissoth.
As Cambodia strengthens its tourism and investment landscape through major infrastructure such as Techo International Airport, expanded aviation links, and greater regional mobility, private sector partnerships continue to play an important role in supporting the Kingdom’s long-term development.

“For Diamond Bay Garden, this is a good opportunity to take part in initiatives that expand our reach to regional audiences and highlight Cambodia’s appeal to leisure and business travelers, as well as investors,” said Thierry Tea.
“This partnership reflects the power of cross-sector collaboration in creating new possibilities. AirAsia Cambodia inspires people to explore new horizons, while Diamond Bay Garden offers a place to return to and rest. AirAsia lifts people into the sky; Diamond Bay Garden welcomes them home by the water,” added Thierry Tea.

Situated in the emerging central business district of Koh Pich, at the confluence of the Mekong, Tonlé Sap, and Bassac rivers, Diamond Bay Garden is one of Phnom Penh’s select few waterfront condominiums, offering unit types ranging from studio to three bedrooms.

With over 70% of units already sold, Diamond Bay Garden has generated strong interest from local and international investors. The development brings together modern residences, premium facilities, panoramic city and river views, and hospitality services, including a Somerset-branded serviced residence operated by The Ascott Limited, part of CapitaLand.
The partnership is expected to support future collaborative initiatives among participating organizations, further strengthening engagement across tourism, business, and lifestyle sectors.
