Phnom Penh, Cambodia – 16 January 2026 — Herrington International School has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the Singapore Institute of Management Global Education (SIM GE), with DS Education as an educational agent, formalizing a strategic collaboration to expand structured global education pathways for students.
The MOU signing ceremony is celebrated at Herrington International School at Borey Penh Huoth Beoung Snor, Phnom Penh, Cambodia. The MOU agreement is signed by Mr. Kevin Hieng, Chairman of Herrington International School, Professor Jorg Bley, Provost of SIM Global Education, as well as Mr. Desmond Hong, Managing Director and Founder of DS Education Global Consultancy, respectively. The ceremony was witnessed by senior representatives from all three organizations.
Establishing this collaborative framework is such a great opportunity for enhancing academic cooperation and education pathway, allowing students from Herrington International School to gain entry into globally recognized higher education pathways.
